I was born in Sydney and spent most of my childhood in country New South Wales and the Blue Mountains. As well as illustrating I occasionally bother my neighbours playing banjo, and I also love to travel whenever and wherever possible.

'Hide and Seek' by Irini Savvides is a picture book about a child coming to terms with loss. A Japanese edition translated by Yoko Kikuta was published in 2013.

'Lilli-Pilli the Frog Princess' by Vashti Farrer is a modern fairytale that celebrates being true to yourself.

'Anzac Biscuits' by Phil Cummings tells the story of a family separated by war and is published by Scholastic Press.

'Newspaper Hats' by Phil Cummings is about a young girl named Georgie who visits her grandfather in a nursing home, published by Scholastic Press Australia, Mitsumura Educational in Japan and Charlesbridge in the US.

'The Red Feather' by Ben Kitchin was published by New Frontier in 2015.

'Out' is a refugee story told by Angela May George. Published by Scholastic Press and Scholastic Canada.

'My Friend Tertius' by Corinne Fenton is due out next year through Allen & Unwin.
